The use of SideUp Reply™ service is paid for with a single monthly fee directly linked to your actual use of the system. You will be able to plan your spending, increasing or decreasing it month by month in accordance with your real needs.

This innovative charging model avoids the costs encountered by a traditional WMS system for assistance, evolutionary maintenance, hardware maintenance, system security and backup services.

The monthly fee is not fixed, but is linked to simple parameters, thus avoiding any need for complicated invoice control procedures:

    • Number of active users
    • Activation of printing modules
    • Activation of radio frequency module
    • Number of external systems interfaced
    • Optional operational functions activated
    • Number of warehouse sites besides the initial one

The fee paid to access the SideUp Reply™ service is related to your actual use of the system and can vary from month to month in relation to the number of users, the functions activated and the level of service required, with no obligation to continue with the service.

SideUp Reply™, services price list

SideUp Reply™'s philosophy is to allow cost adjustment to the real needs of your business while maintaining the utmost transparency and simplicity in the system activation and use process. For this reason, @logistics Reply has prepared a price list with professional service packages that you can choose with ease, picking the ones best suited to your situation.

Several professional services have been prepared for the system’s activation stage (not always all necessary):

  • Service activation in basic configuration
  • Printing module activation
  • Radio frequency module activation
  • Interface activation (for each system interfaced)

To ensure greater efficiency, some professional services will be performed directly at your offices.

Besides these, other packages are available and you can request them during the activation process or at a later date, after having familiarised yourself with the system and having evaluated your real needs:

  • Customisation of a storage or picking strategy
