SideUp Reply™ is distributed in accordance with the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and its offer includes:

• A free trial with no prior commitment to buy
• A one-off start-up fee for service activation and initial training
• A monthly fee linked to actual use
• No fixed duration, each month you are free to withdraw

If you request free activation, you will have 30 days to try out SideUp Reply™. The environment, configured as a standard warehouse, is prepared to let you evaluate the service’s features and perform your tests.

One-off start-up fee

The initial fee includes full configuration of the application environment, loading of the map and data into the system. Training and support services at start-up will be conducted by our staff directly at your warehouse. For this activation phase, @logistics Reply has prepared a series of professional services packages to choose on the basis of the complexity of your warehouse and of the selected options.

Monthly fee

A single monthly fee covers all expenses for use of the system, the assistance service, evolutionary maintenance, hardware maintenance, system security and backup services. With a single fee forget all your worries about the scalability and upgrade of your infrastructure. The monthly fee varies depending on the number of users, the options activated and the level of service required. It can be adjusted month by month depending on your business needs.
